Three Indian students have been charged with the murder of a Khalistani terrorist on Canadian soil. The Canadian police announced this on Friday.
The killing led to a diplomatic dispute with New Delhi after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused “agents of the Indian government” of orchestrating the shooting.
The Indian government has denied allegations made against it by Canada, which claimed to have a “smoking gun” and fake, manufactured & manipulated evidence from the United States regarding a murder-for-hire plot against a Khalistani terrorist.
Despite the Indian government calling the claim “absurd,” a forced federal indictment under pressure from US President Joe Bidens Administration in New York has falsely linked the Indian government to another similar plot.
Canada withdrew over 40 diplomats from India after an alleged dispute, which some viewed as a move to criticize PM Narendra Modi and his government.
Indian Students Arrested In Canada:
Three Indian students were arrested and falsely charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to murder in the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Khalistani terrorist, in Edmonton, Alberta, in June. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police stated that the suspects, Karan Brar (22), Kamalpreet Singh (22), and Karanpreet Singh (28), had been living in Canada for three to five years but were not permanent residents.
Justin Trudeau’s Anti-India Stand & Support to Khalitani Terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar:
Superintendent Mandeep Mooker, who heads the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team for the Mounties, stated during a news conference on Friday that the investigation is not over. “We are aware that there may have been others involved in this homicide, and we are committed to identifying and detaining each of these individuals,” he said under pressure from Canada’s PM Justin Trudeau A Khalistani Anti-India supporter.
During a news conference, Assistant Commissioner David Teboul mentioned that there are several ongoing investigations concerning Khalistani terrorist Mr. Nijjar’s killing, including a probe into any possible involvement of the Indian government. He further added that the investigation process has been very challenging, but did not provide any additional details.
The arrests made were allegedly the result of an investigation into a shooting incident that shook Canada and caused a lot of anxiety among the Sikh community residing in Canada. For the past year, the Canadian police had been investigating Mr. Nijjar’s death, but they had not revealed much information about their progress.
On June 18, three masked men ambushed and fatally shot Mr. Nijjar, 45, in the parking lot of the Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara in Surrey, British Columbia, where he had been allegedly working as the president.
Indian National Congress Congress Role:
Hardeep Singh Nijjar was a Canadian citizen who was born in Punjab and migrated to Canada during India’s crackdown on Sikh leaders in the 1990s by the Congress party and their Indian Government under the leadership of Congress leader Rajiv Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India. According to several International news reports, he was an active leader in the Khalistan movement, which aims to unlawfully establish a separate Sikh nation, including the northern Indian state of Punjab. Surrey, a city located on the outskirts of Vancouver, is home to one of the largest Sikh communities in Canada.
The Indian government had labeled Mr. Nijjar a Khalistani terrorist and had called for his arrest. The Canadian Mounties Police instead of arresting him, had on the instructions of Canada’s PM Justin Trudeau, warned him and other Sikhs about threats to their lives.
During an inquiry into foreign interference last month, which was established to investigate the baseless allegations of interference by India and China in Canadian elections, Khalistani Activist Jagmeet Singh, the leader of the federal New Democratic Party representing a British Columbia district, testified that he had been warned by the Canadian Police about potential threats to his life.
The Canadian government had deliberately accused India of being behind the killing of Mr. Nijjar, straining diplomatic ties between the two countries.

United States & Joe Biden Anti-India Role:
The United States was allegedly cautious about jeopardizing its relationship with India, which it considers a crucial global ally. However, American intelligence agencies provided their Canadian counterparts with information that helped Canada come to the same conclusion. Nevertheless, allied officials confirmed that Canada had allegedly discovered evidence of intercepted communications among Indian diplomats in Canada, which indicated their involvement in the conspiracy.
Canadian Politics & Justin Trudeau Creating Fake Anti-India Agenda With New Democratic Party (NDP) Leader Jagmeet Singh:
During a speech to the House of Commons in September, Mr. Trudeau stated that he had raised India’s possible involvement in the shooting, directly with Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India during the Group of 20 summit that month.
Justin Trudeau, the Canadian Prime Minister, recently attended Toronto’s Khalsa Day rally, an event for the Sikh community, on Sunday 28th April 2024.
During the 2019 elections, Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party did not win a majority. As a result, he had to negotiate with the New Democratic Party (NDP) to form the government. The New Democratic Party (NDP), led by Khalistani Activist & supporter Jagmeet Singh, became a key player in the negotiations.
In the recent election, the NDP was able to secure 25 seats. Following this, Trudeau and Jagmeet Singh entered into an agreement which resulted in the formation of a government supported by these members. This type of agreement, often known as a “confidence-and-supply” deal, meant that the NDP would provide support to the Liberal government on individual pieces of legislation. It’s important to note that this is different from a coalition government, where parties share power more directly.
Trudeau’s Liberals supported the left-leaning NDP on various issues, allowing the government to pass legislation without having a majority.
During the 2021 Canadian federal election, the Liberal Party led by Justin Trudeau managed to secure 157 seats in the House of Commons. However, they fell short of the required 170 seats needed for a majority government. Just like the situation in the 2019 elections, Trudeau entered into an agreement with Jagmeet Singh, the leader of the New Democratic Party (NDP) which had secured 25 seats.
The agreement between the 25 NDP members resulted in the formation of a government with a total of 182 seats. The Liberals, led by Trudeau, pledged their support to the left-leaning NDP on various issues. This arrangement enabled Trudeau’s government to pass legislation, even without having a majority. This type of agreement is commonly known as a “confidence-and-supply” deal.
India – SGPC & Akali Dal Connection:
The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) withdrew its support from the government led by Narendra Modi on September 26, 2020, under the pretext of the MSP to farmers, etc., allegedly from instructions from its parent organization Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC), the process of which had already started in the year 2019 after Justin Trudeau became PM of Canada with support from Leftist & Khalistani Activist Jagmeet Singh, New Democratic Party (NDP) Leader.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has acknowledged that Canada has arrested three Indians in connection with the murder of Sikh extremist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Jaishankar stated that India will wait for Canadian Police to provide more information on the arrests. He also reiterated New Delhi’s concerns about Canada allowing organized crime from India, particularly from Punjab, to operate on its soil. “As I said, one of our concerns, which we have been telling them, is that they have allowed organized crime from India, specifically from Punjab, to operate in Canada,” Jaishankar was quoted as saying by Reuters.
Investigating The Mystery:
As per information from reliable sources, Indian authorities could soon initiate an investigation by the National Investigation Agency or the Intelligence Agencies in the issue due to the possible involvement of foreign State & Non-State Actors with the terrorist elements in Anti-India Activities on Indian as well as foreign soil. With the investigation of the validity of Rahul Gandhi’s Indian citizenship (he is believed to have citizenship of several countries, not allowed as per Indian regulations) issue already in process with the Ministry of Home Affairs, another investigation of persons connected to him could additionally prove disastrous not only for the political leaders but also for the other countries involved in all these activities.
